Formed in 2022 By Vocalis/Pianist Chase Baldwin and Guitarist/Bassist Ben Jacobs. The Lucidia Project was formed with a vision that is both cinematic and alternative, heavy and atmospheric, and unapologetically vulnerable. The music draws upon inspirations from various symphonic metal and melodic death metal bands, alongside alternative rock, progressive and post rock, and confessional songwriters of all genres. Over the years the band has released 2 EPs and a stand alone single to help refine this vision, while also forming a full line up and performing live in the Fargo Moorhead area.
